LLInX Carolinas is part of the larger NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) LInX program, which is a federal cooperative regional system for sharing law enforcement data contained in the electronic records management systems (RMS) and the computer aided dispatch (CAD) systems of the participating local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies that is updated daily.
